When I saw this, I just wanted to pull a chair out and sit there and watch the moon disappear while the sun slowly rises. It felt so peaceful and nothing else in the world mattered. A spider was hanging 10 cm away from me while I took this picture, and I didn't care simply because I was too focused on how amazing the moon looked and that ONE twinkling star...

Teleport me to the ガンダム
I went to see the lifesize Gundam that is being built in Shiokaze Park at Odaiba Island (the man-made island just off of Tokyo).
And what better way to see this beautiful construction than to "teleport" over. ^_^
The Gundam was HUGE! I wish I could've appreciate it more than it just being a giant "mo ying" that my sister would probably be building in her room if it fit. Maybe I'll start watching Gundam from the start... hmmm... :P
Aside from seeing the Gundam, I have done more during these past 3 months of not blogging. I went to Boracay in April, Osaka in May and getting ready for some adventure next weekend. But I've been procrastinating my updates because... well.. ^_^ (enough said for those who know me)
I'll at least try to upload my pictures when I have some time... until then I'll leave you to another cake that I made :)

Art night over... now all you can drink at 3 in the afternoon?
My GIANT robot was SUPER awesoMe!!!! I LOVE TOKYO!!! :D
I have a few videos of the cool 7m high fire breathing robot that winks, blinks and ... I want to say drink because it rhymes. Unfortunately it doesn't drink, but it does swing its arms as if its dancing! ^_^ I'll think about uploading these videos if I don't sound too much like an idiot on video.
Roppongi Art Night was very much like Toronto's Nuit Blanche, but I think Toronto had more art displays. I was a bit of an idiot and didn't bring a jacket out so I was really cold and couldn't explore as much as I thought I would be doing. But from the looks of the map, it didn't look like there were many more exhibits to explore.
Now that I pulled an all-nighter, I think it's time for me to cake on the make-up so I dont look like a zombie and attend my co-worker's wedding after party. All-you-can-drink at 3 in the afternoon... only in Japan...

Roppongi ART NIGHT!!!
I'll be heading out to Roppongi tomorrow night for an overnight art exhibit. Well, it's more like I'm forced to stay over night since once I head out, there won't be a train for me to get back until 5 in the morning. But I'm SUPER excited because I get to see a 7.2m tall robot that listens to children's commands and breathes FIRE!!!

Sunday, Ebisu Garden Place, Clock Tower Square, at 1 o'clock

So a couple blogs ago, I mentioned that I'm obsessed with this JDrama, Hana Yori Dango, and told everyone to watch it even though it's pretty old. Well, there's this one scene where the boy tells the girl to meet him, "Sunday, Ebisu Garden Place, Clock Tower Square, at 1 o'clock"
Since I was planning on going to Ebisu to see their meeting place, I thought it would be cute to just say the same line. However, ummm... someone took me literally and actually waited for me there at 1 o'clock! (gomensai!) I guess if we were to go by the same storyline, I arrived at the same time the girl showed up... I wont say what time, you can watch the show for yourself (episode 3) :D
And what weekend would be complete if I didn't have my reguar 3 servings of dessert. haha... I went to a little cafe called Harbs, which is inside Ebisu Garden Place (a department shop). I had a nice TEA OF THE SEASON: Sakura tea and a nice Mille Crepes (kiwis, strawberries, bananas and melon placed between layers of crepe). I also wanted to try the Sakura cake that was there, but I held back. But I've learned my lesson. I'm never holding back when I want to eat a cake. It'll come back to haunt me in my dreams and I'll wake up wanting cake for breakfast! *sigh*
